I discovered a while ago that curling irons are the only thing that can create natural-looking, long-lasting waves or curls for my hair (I'm Asian and so have thick, naturally-straight hair). This was my very first curling iron, I got it just two days ago (from Walmart, actually, not Amazon, but it's exactly the same thing that you see here) and I am very pleased with it. It works very well and my hair looks beautiful.
The only issue is that I always have to flip the little counter stand up and down.....I flip it up to rest it on the counter while getting the next section of hair, but I have to swing it back down to take full advantage of the barrel. I'm also a little nervous about the cord, because the cord-plug area is a little skinny/flimsy, but I hope it holds up for a while. Otherwise, great product!
